Founded back in 2015 by our Managing Director, Chris Hall, Hall Property Solutions is your partner in property development. Chris brings over 15 years of industry experience with him. In that time, he’s managed to secure strong industry relationships with key consultants, landowners, fund managers, and industry professionals.
The launch of HPS came off the back of his experience working with leading names in the property industry like Paynters, Payce Consolidated, and Sekisui House Australia. Since then, the team has grown rapidly to meet the growing demand of the clients we serve.
Boasting nearly two decades of experience in the highly competitive property development sector, Chris has gained a positive reputation. He’s known for building rapport, delivering successful projects and focusing on mutually beneficial outcomes when solving problems.
With specialist skills in strategic off-market acquisitions, development management and community engagement, Chris has the capacity to deliver end-to-end development solutions.
Chris’ experience includes overseeing multimillion-dollar projects extending across Queensland and New South Wales.
He’s worked engaging and managing teams of specialist consultants, from finance, development and sales, targeted at delivering effective results. Chris’ vast experience has helped him forge strong decision-making skills and proficient development management skills — these, along with his efforts in continually keeping updated with industry issues, trends and best-practice has resulted in his demonstrated success.
Though Chris is passionate about his career within the property development sector, he takes great pride in his demonstrated efforts in supporting the community. Chris is intimately involved in an array of community-based organisations and has a particular passion for supporting the work of the Salvation Army of which he is the Ipswich Red Shield Appeal Committee Chair.
Jenna is a specialist administrator with over a decade of experience. Overseeing the administration and implementation of operational and capital expenditure projects, Jenna has developed a high level of governance skills and abilities.
Jenna’s professional career has spanned a number of sectors including public health, government and private enterprise. Complimenting her demonstrated administrative and governance experience, Jenna has become a skilled strategist and effective communicator and has been responsible for the crafting and implementation oversight of a number of complex operational plans, projects and policies. Jenna prides herself on her ability to effectively design, administer and manage plans and projects that are robust, practical and achieve quality outcomes.
George is a highly accomplished Development Manager with demonstrated experience leading the delivery of development projects across residential, commercial, industrial, retail, mixed-use and tourism sectors. He brings exceptional project planning and leadership skills with him.
The skills translate to the coordination of multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with all aspects of building codes and statutory regulations within property development projects. With proven stakeholder management abilities, George manages all aspects of project delivery from inception through to marketing and sales.
George excels at identifying key issues and developing creative solutions to keep projects on time, on budget and of a high quality. George is fluent in English and Mandarin.
Project Manager & SDA Lead
Passionate about achieving great outcomes for people and the business, Brendon shapes and develops productive working relationships. Described as self-motivated, adaptable, personable, energetic and results-orientated, Brendon solves the tough business problems.
He achieves this by applying conceptual and analytical capabilities with industry knowledge and practical hands-on experience. Supported by tertiary qualifications including a Bachelor of Business Management (University of Queensland) with majors in Real Estate and Property Development, Brendon has an ability to conceive and develop a project concept and work in partnership to achieve mutual benefit.
Administration & Office Coordinator
Highly experienced and motivated administration professional, Olivia has more than six years’ experience in property administration. A forward-thinking problem solver and persuasive communicator, Olivia has built a strong foundation with Hall Property Solutions.
She has achieved this through the provision of quality process improvements, customer service and office coordination. Through tertiary qualifications in Business with a focus on Real Estate and Property Development, Olivia is able to boost operational efficiency by utilising her extensive knowledge of how administrative support functions within a successful business.
