This 137 lot residential subdivision was secured by HPS from the Landowner under a’ Put and Call Option’ with favourable terms.
With a total development cost of $20 million, HPS completed our due diligence and were successful in securing a Development Approval.
With the Development Approval secured, HPS nominated the project to Flinders Grange.
