HPS was successful in identifying and controlling this 47.12 hectare site located in South East Queensland’s western growth corridor. With a proposed population of 120,000 people, the Ripley Valley is planned to become one of Australia’s largest master-planned communities.

With investors identified, HPS moved into a Development Management role in which we worked with Ipswich City Council, Economic Development Queensland (EDQ), Department of Transport and Main Roads (DTMR), our consultant team and the stakeholders within the Ripley Valley Priority Development Area (PDA) to manage the development approval process.

Approval was obtained in August 2021 for a 511-lot subdivision including a 120 placement childcare centre.

HPS has been integral in preparing the site for market via developing the OPW Design for Stages 1-3 and the execution of both the Cultural Heritage Management Plan (CHMP) and the EPBC Off-Set Site and Heads of Agreement.

The site is being sold via Expressions of Interest with Ray White Special Projects (QLD).
