One of our major focuses in 2021 is servicing our client’s flagship residential development that consists of a 511 lot subdivision including a 120 placement childcare centre in the Ripley Valley, Queensland’s emerging growth corridor.

HPS is using its experience and extensive relationship with Ipswich City Council, Economic Development Queensland (EDQ), Department of Transport and Main Roads (DTMR), our consultant team and the stakeholders within the Ripley Valley Priority Development Area (PDA) to manage the development approval process.
